Whether you are applying for your first gig, pivoting careers, returning from leave, or seeking better opportunities, navigating the competitive job market can be challenging. Appathways offers resources, tools, and workshops to support social impact job seekers in applying for and securing new opportunities.

We define social impact as work that is benefitting communities and society at large, reducing inequities, and promoting wellbeing. This work can be done in the non-profit, for-profit, public, or private sector. It can touch a wide range of fields- education, health, housing, caregiving, advocacy, philanthropy and more.
